Boxed

When boxing day comes your way but Santa forgot your lane so you find yourself with a full day and nothing to do. You find yourself sucking on a 🍭 but unlike Charlie pride, in the Mississippi cotton picking delta town, where he had folks to stare at and they stared right back at him, there’s noone here to stare at. You start wondering if to fill a sack with soil and hang it so you can kick box. After all you can bring a whole new meaning to the song.
Then there is this 12 days of Christmas and it’s various gifts.

‘On the fifth day of Christmas
My true love sent to me
Five golden rings (five golden rings)
Four calling birds
Three French hens
Two turtle-doves
And a partridge in a pear tree.’

Yet here I’ve been waiting but even that partridge in a pear tree sijawahipata. Ama vile mimi ni gakware 🤔🤔. Tell that to Santa.

Hope your boxing day is better.
